In addition to designing and implementing secure networks, CryptoCrack can keep your network's performance at an optimum level as well as provide support to protect your network and data from costly upsets or intrusions. Contractual service agreements are available for:
- Scheduled network maintenance either weekly, bi-weekly or at a frequency best suited to your needs.
- The immediate response for an incident critical to business operation.
- The assessment of and response to system performance degradation affecting the stability and operation of your network.
- The monitoring of specific security and network metrics.
Clients who sign a contract are provided a direct phone number to access their support.
